How the coaching session goes:
1. After you've filled out the form and described your problem, we'll try to answer a bunch of questions together to get to the root.
2. We painlessly examine your history: past-present-future and work with your subconscious mind to get to your limiting beliefs, blockages and traumas that are at the root of those unhealthy patterns of thinking and behavior that have led to feeling blocked or self-sabotaging.
3. We clarify the picture and bring to light everything that
it will serve the better version of you. It's the stage of moments -aha- is that what's bothering me.
4. After clarifying the blockages and testing them, we release them from your energy field.
5. We replace old beliefs with new ones that are in agreement and harmony with a better version of you that wants to prosper and live in abundance, health and harmony.
6. We activate thought patterns for health, healthy relationships, abundance and success.

The tools used in the session are active and creative meditation modalities and practices, NLP techniques and subconscious reprogramming techniques (by Richard Bandler), creative visualization and elements of hypnotherapy and theta healing.
The practices clear and renew the energy in your energy field and reprogram the brain by creating new neural connections. It's working with emotions and feelings and looking at the emotional tuning of the brain as well as doing archetypal work if you're working on masculine and feminine energy and that's why the sessions are so rapidly transformative.
